This course covers the National Training System, the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), reading and interpreting Training Packages and the skills required to unpack a unit of competency. This qualification is a must for anyone currently working or planning to work in a training and assessment vocation or environment. There are a number of hours of home study required to complete the course and a high level of language and literacy as you will need to be able to read and interpret documents and contribute to high level documentation. Intermediate computer skills are required for the research component.
