The Community College provides the perfect venue for business meetings, seminars or training workshops.

Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms in a central location are available for hire at affordable rates. All room hire rates include whiteboard, TV/Video/DVD, overhead projector or flipchart.

Our computer training rooms run a range of current software and hire rates include broadband internet access.

Catering can be arranged at an additional cost. For up to date room hire costs please contact our customer service staff.

Emerald Downs Community Centre
Ocean Drive, Port Macquarie

Located on Ocean Drive, Emerald Downs, the Community Centre is available for hire by community groups and individuals.
Facilities include a hall with seating for 60, two smaller rooms, a foyer and kitchen. Tables and chairs are included and the centre is fully wheelchair accessible. Ample parking is available on site.

Hire rates are very reasonable and a discount rate is available for not for profit community groups and for permanent bookings. The hall can also be hired for private functions.
